Before the Wedding:  Let's Set the Stage

Great!!  You've booked your wedding with me.  I'm so stoked!!!  

You know the journey begins well before your wedding day.  Whether you and your fiancé are drawn to classic elegance, modern minimalism, or just a candid documentary style, I’ll tailor my approach to match your unique story. We’ll settle the details about the timeline of your day, any special traditions, or specific requests you may have. This is your time to share your ideas and details that will make your wedding uniquely yours.

Now once we are getting closer to your big day, I’ll do a venue walkthrough or virtual tour to scout the best locations for photos and videos. I’ll also collaborate with your wedding planner to ensure everything runs seamlessly. You’ll receive a detailed checklist so nothing is overlooked—from the first look to the bouquet toss (if that's your thing!!).  And if you’ve chosen additional services like fine art photography or a custom photobook, we’ll start planning those details, too.

Your Wedding Day is Here: Ready to Capture the Magic!!

Your wedding day finally arrived...So exciting!!!  Rest assured my team and I will arrive early and we'll be ready to set your day in motion. If your package included both photography and videography services, we’ll work harmoniously to capture every angle and emotion without disrupting the flow of your day. From the heartfelt moments during the ceremony to the energetic dance floor moves at the reception, we’ll be there for it all.  And no, we won't spend hours taking family photos.  In fact, we work pretty quick you know! With our family picture itinerary already prepared, the majority of our family sessions are completed within 10-15 minutes!

You know what?  I’m very passionate about making my couples feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera. Whether it’s a quiet moment during your first look or the lively energy of your wedding party, I’ll guide you with natural prompts to ensure your photos and videos reflect your genuine emotions. And don’t worry about missing any details—we’ll capture the delicate lace of your dress, the intricate table settings, and even the silly laughter shared among friends and family.  Throughout the day, my team and I will blend into the background while being ready to capture those spontaneous, unforgettable moments.  I want you to feel confident that we’ll create a seamless experience so you can fully immerse yourself in the joy of your celebration.  I mean, this is what it's all about, right?

After the Wedding: We'll Preserve Your Memories

Once the celebrations are over, the journey of preserving your memories truly begins. It's the beginning of your lives together.  And what better way to keep those memories than in photos and video that are carefully curated, edited, and crafted to tell the story of your day. This includes color correcting, enhancing lighting, and fine-tuning every image and clip to perfection.  As a full service wedding photography service, your photos are professionally printed in-house with archival photo paper.  Your prints will look absolutely gorgeous!!

So within a week, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your gallery online. You can relive some of your favorite moments while the full collection is being finalized. Your complete gallery will include a mix of candid shots, posed portraits, and artistic captures that highlight the beauty and emotion of your day.

For your wedding video, you’ll receive a highlight reel that encapsulates the essence of your wedding, as well as the option for a full-length film that includes all the key moments. Each video is carefully edited to evoke the emotions that reflect your unique style.

For your dream photobook, I’ll guide you through selecting your favorite images and designing these pieces.  Imagine flipping through a luxurious photobook filled with stunning images or hanging a fine art print of your favorite portrait in your home—these are the keepsakes that will make your memories last a lifetime.

Once we've completed all your prints and photobooks, I'll contact you to make arrangements for us to meet in my office. If you have some time, we can even have a quick coffee and share some laughs!!
